We are pleased to announce the opening of an Optima Bank OJSC Customer Service Point at: 44/1 Mederov St., Bishkek. Operational period: May 18, 2026, to November 18, 2027.
Opening Hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Lunch break: sliding schedule
- Days off: Sundays and public holidays
The Customer Service Point will provide the following services:
- Consultations on banking products and services;
- Customer identification;
- Accepting applications for banking products, including processing "TEZ CREDIT" applications;
- Visa Instant card linking;
- Consultations on connecting to the "Optima24" mobile app;
- Merchant acquiring enrollment for businesses.
